• Cold and dry weather is expected over most parts of the province, while very cold in upper parts. • Rain-thunderstorm (snowfall over the hills) with gusty winds is expected in Chitral, Upper Dir, Upper Swat, Shangla, Abbottabad, Mansehra, Kohistan, Torghar and Battagram districts.
